working nice with audigy in 5.1 (on this moment), but has some problems when a lot of stuff loading cpu, such as cd/dvd writing (very bad!) and games (clicking in sound, when switching to and from game window). nice try!

memory hog and general piece of junk.it requires you register in order to even use the thing, and that's just lame.don't waste your time on this - it's nothing more than a sales tool to get you to buy templates for the sites you want to create.betanews should be embarrass that they even put this garbage on their site.

@radiomaffia"you keep rating it 5, i keep rating it 1 star, fact is that utorrent done something that didnt make it easier in torrentland, all the private trackers that i am using banned version 2.xx and utorrent 2 is useless to me untill all private trackers allow it and that isnt the case, we will see where it ends prespero.or utorrent delivers a clean version without utp or it slowly but certainly lose populairity and the days of vuze will rise again, i was looking to use halite but this client is also banned by a private tracker that i like to use..."but here's the thing: most private trackers have a list of approved and unapproved clients. a lot of them don't allow any version of, say, vuze. they only allow the old 2.5.x.x versions of azureus. does this mean that you would also give vuze or halite any of the other clients that some private trackers don't allow the lowest rating possible? somehow i doubt that. i can certainly understand a preference for other clients, i just don't understand why you seem to be on some sort of anti-utorrent crusade.but really, i understand where some critics are coming from and i can see how implementing new versions of utorrent when new builds are released so frequently could make more work than some tracker admins are willing to put in. i have no problem with a tracker not allowing the new versions that are constantly coming out as long as they aren't basically lying about their reasons for doing so. and as long as you'll stop saying that "all private trackers ban utorrent", which you must know by now is untrue, we can have a rational conversation about this.i just don't understand why you're willing to spread obviously false information in these forums. did the utorrent devs kick your puppy? ;)

even when it is meant for windows 8 it lacks the possibility of unzipping the new .vhdx compressing format used by microsoft for image files at windowsimagebackup.

i guess we'll have to agree to disagree on all points, "lord" (someone using the nickname "lord" calling me "immature"--rich!). i find imgburn inconvenient and clunky. i do agree that it usually works well.as far as windows having a native ability to burn images to disc, well i have to disagree. none of my winxp machines have this capability. the only thing i can do is burn images to discs as files.if i were friends with every author i've been accused of being friends with, wow, that would be a big happy family. always, if it's freeware, you're free to rave about it, but if it's shareware, you're insulted and accused of being a biased liar. yet i'm the "immature" and "closed minded" one!

i installed 11 and found i liked the old version better. uninstalled version 11 but then found you can not go back to the old version. error message that the library was created by the newer version. can not access it. i do not like the new interface.

excellent text editor. it's small, light, and fast. very good collection of logical keyboard shortcuts.there is an issue with the ini file. i can not make tedpad write to an ini file, which can be a problem for portability. also there is a "filters" file that makes things inconvenient. i wish the text filters were coded into the exe file. i also wish tedpad were zipped instead of bundled into an install file, and had transparency for xp and vista. a trash filter for killing ascii characters above 127 (like bdv notepad)would be nice as well.tedpad definately has some shortcomings, but more than makes up for them with good solid features and performance. give it a 4.5!
