with the demise of microsoft money, i gave this a try.i will not bore you with all the details.let's just say this is one of the worst programs i've ever had the pleasure of uninstalling.from importing to entering new transactions, i'd rather use a quill pen and vellum.

i've tried the adblock+ extension and it pales compared to what you can do with opera or firefox.the mouse gestures (mouse stroke) one isn't much'll take a couple more years before g chrome makes it to the big league.

i recently tested lr with every inyention of buying it since it was recommended by a friend who is a setious photographer,no slick interface here, in fact if you're a fan of windows explorer's tree structure, you'll be lucky to find your photographs. i detest the way lr manages has some great features if you're willing to spend the time learning the obtuse interface and spend hours going through all your work tagging, editing, etcetera.the single feature i found to be almost universally great was the auto wb button. it seldom failed to improve my many have previously noted, lr is too expensive for what it offers. at the end of my 30 day trial i uninstalled it and have no intention of purchasing.

i'd give this a 3.5 if it was an option. it is particularly effective for novices in burning. it's much less intimidating than nero burning rom 10 or 11, for example, and much less bloated.i'm glad that the program is out there and that it's free. yes, i wish it did more and was slightly more intuitive but it's still worth using.

somewhat malicious. it is not reliable. seems to hang explorer.exe at 99% of cpu usage frequently beyond repair. (thus hard-reset is only solution, because task manager can't kill this explorer.exe when this happens.)

i don't have a vista or longhorn system to test this with, but using it to connect to xp, 2003 or 2000 systems is a pain. the extra layer of security is not yet compatible with the legacy systems (maybe if you installed the update - which is in the form of a kb update - on both machines). the session opens with the requirement to put in your connection credentials - which can not be authenticated by the legacy machines. therefore, you must set the client to connect despite the lack of authentication, and then type in your credentials again.i anticipate that with a compatible system, the connection credentials would pass through for logon as well - but that is only a guess.on the plus side, there are more videao options and the ability to select which local drives are available to the session, which is nice.i re-installed the rdp client for 2003 and i don't see myself using it again until i have a predominately vista environment or xp, 2003 and 2000 are updated to handle the new athentication method.
